re: the book recommendation - Banana Yoshimoto's book Kitchen is one of my all time favorite books. and it is definitely not a collection of short stories, haha, it's one long story told in parts! absolutely beautiful descriptions of food and humanity and love and friendship.
Well I am definalty going to give it a go if I have two reccomendations. I love food. Humanity love and friendship sounds pretty awesome too:)
